5 Habits for Success

Creating a new habit or follow a new habit was never part of my daily routine until a few years ago. 
In fact, any form of the routine was not on my radar. I always felt like there aren't enough hour in the day. there always seem to be so much to accomplish but because of my lazy routine, I was not able to get it up so I decided to stick on healthy routine to get closer to success.

And I 'will repeat it because it is an important point.
Our brain doesn't know what is a good habit or a bad habit for us. The brain knows what is safe for us.
And Every habit which we have formed our brain thinks it is safe and secure for us.
    The Science of creating a habit is complex but most of the successful people say repetition is the key.
    If we repeat our habits daily brain will recognize them as safe and secure for ourselves.
We are What we repeatedly do. Excellence , then, is not an act, but a habit.-Aristotle 
Here  I am not saying about the word Excellence, is a  new habit you should focus on. 
     But replacing the word "Excellence" in the quote above for any new habit would work for you.


Here are the 5 daily habits for success:

  1. Get up Early and schedule your day: The person who wants to achieve something in life should have a productive routine. Getting an early start for a day means you are not in a hurry and will not be stressed as you would have already scheduled your all day. You will have more time to plan out your day, organize yourself and check out your to-do list. Having something new to do will help you to get up each day.
  2. Stay Focused: keep your daily to-do list small. Limit your goals for a day. Having focused on 3 goals per day gives you laser-sharp focus for each day and will stop you from feeling overwhelmed. When our to-do list is too long we are in a hurry to complete it and less inclined towards looking it. Keep the list short so you can complete it precisely and in detail. And we know the feeling of accomplishment is great.
  3. Get out of your comfort zone and start doing the things that scare you: Fear of getting failed stops you to do things. It's true everything is on the other side of fear. Nothing is impossible. Even the word "impossible" has possible in it. Fear keep away from your dreams. Every time you do something new you get out of your comfort zone. In this way, you are adjusting yourself in uncomfort zone. So commit yourself to start doing something new each day. It will boost your confidence. More you push yourself from the comfort zone, the quicker you will fuel your personal growth.
  4. Minimize distractions: Distractions in your daily life proves to be the hurdles in success. So you should reduce these distractions to get the things done. 
         These are the ways how can you minimize distractions in your life. :
  1. Stop digital pressures: Download some free app control to keep yourself away from the social media sites
  2. Give yourself frequent breaks: working nonstop can be limited
  3. Take care of your Physical health: Exercise, plenty of sleep, healthy eating and all of these things you know you are supposed to do increase health and focus
  4. Turn off your smartphone notifications: Limit the number of times per day you check your social media accounts.
  5. Eliminate negative people in your life
