Rising up early will not only increase your productivity but it will keep your whole day fresh.

   Personally, for me rising early means creating a possibility for the stress-free self-care morning routine.

There is no loud voice, Children playing in streets, music and traffic horns so you can enjoy the calmness of the morning. There is no one to disturb you. It's the best time for meditation. Doing so will improve your mental health, lower blood pressure, boost your energy and help you get out of many health problems like a migraine.
